ARTICLE IV
DUES

SECTION 1: The dues of the organization shall be twenty ($20.00) dollars per year and must be paid no later than the first regular monthly meeting in January of the new year to be considered a member in good standing and be eligible to assume a coaches position on any of the basketball teams.

SECTION 2: Members in arrears of dues three months shall be notified in writing, by the Treasurer and the Secretary, and shall be denied all privileges of the organization. If such arrears are not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice, or sufficient reason given, their names shall be removed from the active roster. Active membership may be restored only after past dues are paid, confirmed, and a majority of attending members approve the reinstallation in a voice vote.

SECTION 3: Members resigning shall not be entitled to any refund of dues paid to the organization.

SECTION 4: All members handling tickets and money of the organization are required to make a prompt and accurate return of such upon demand of the organization Treasurer. Failure to make returns will mean that the President shall authorize the Treasurer to deduct same from the member's paid dues, thus throwing him/her in arrears and liable for suspension.
