ARTICLE V
MEETING

SECTION 1: Regular meetings of the organization shall be held at least once a month. Regular meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month unless otherwise notified. All meetings will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.

SECTION 2: At least ten members, three of whom must be officers, must be present in order to transact any business at the regular meeting.

SECTION 3: Special meetings may be called at the discretion of the President, providing that all members are notified in advance by mail.

SECTION 4: All questions of order not covered in these by-laws will be referred to Robert's Rules of Order.

ARTICLE VI
AMENDMENTS

An amendment to these by-laws and constitution must be submitted in writing and signed by at least two (2) members. It shall be read to all members present at the meeting. All members shall then be sent a written notice of the proposed change at least two weeks prior to the next regular meeting at which time the proposed change will be voted upon. The proposed change shall become part of the by-laws if approved by two thirds of the members present.

ARTICLE VII
DISSOLUTION OF THE ORGANIZATION

In the event the organization shall dissolve, the physical and monetary assets remaining after satisfying any questioning obligations shall be contributed to Leadership Through Athletics, Inc.
